General Terms and Conditions

I. Introductory Provisions and Definition of Terms

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter also referred to as "GTC") govern the legal relations between the company:

and

any person who is a Consumer of goods or services offered by the Merchant on the Merchant’s website, and who acts as a consumer under the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and the relevant laws fixing the consumer under the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.

1.3. These GTC regulate legal relations between Consumers/Users and the Merchant. Use of www.docuassist.sk implies agreement with these GTC.

1.4. The supervisory authority regarding consumer protection is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) Inspectorate for the Košice Region.

II. Age and Eligibility Requirements

2.1. To use our services, you must be at least 15 years old. If you are a minor, you must obtain parental consent.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate registration information and update it as necessary.

III. Using Our Services

3.1. You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of our services.

IV. Payment, Billing, and Subscription

4.1. Subscription Plans: We offer paid subscription plans (e.g., Monthly, Annual). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.

4.2. Pricing: Current pricing and plan details are available on our Pricing Page. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance of any changes affecting your recurring subscription.

4.3. Recurring Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (30 days for monthly, 365 days for annual) unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term.

4.4. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4.5. Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

V. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. Digital Content: By purchasing a subscription for immediatelly accessible digital content/services, you expressly consent to the commencement of performance before the expiration of the 14-day statutory withdrawal period.

5.2. Loss of Right of Withdrawal: You acknowledge that by granting such consent, you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the digital content/service has been fully provided or access has been granted.

5.3. If explicit consent was not obtained, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days in accordance with Act No. 108/2024 Coll.

VI. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used on the website are the intellectual property of RIVit s.r.o. or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute our content without permission.

VII. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss.
