Does DocuAssist.sk have a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card — it includes 5 documents in the knowledge base, 100 questions per month and 1 workspace. Paid plans start at €14.99 per month (Basic plan).
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel any time in the Account section through the Stripe customer portal. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and the account then reverts to the Free plan. Your documents and history are preserved.
What is the discount for yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you 17% compared to monthly. The Basic plan is €14.99 per month or €149.99 per year, Premium is €39.99 per month or €399.99 per year and Team is €89.99 per month or €899.99 per year.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. At checkout you enter your billing address and company name, and you can add your VAT ID as well. We email you the invoice and it is always available in the customer portal too. The service is provided by RIVit s.r.o., company ID 52 516 911, Czambelova 79/5, 040 01 Košice, Slovakia.
Is anything added to the price at checkout?
No. The amount on the pricing page is the final price you pay — no tax or fee is added at checkout. You will see the same amount in the Stripe payment page before you confirm.
